	&lt;p&gt;Felt quite hungry today, wanted to eat something, but I know I must give this 100% and wait for Ketosis, which I hope will take these strong urges to eat something,away. ANY ADVICE/HELP WELCOME.

	&lt;p&gt;Today was my first day. Not to bad during the day, but very hungry late afternoon, evening, went to bed early. Drank 3 litres of water &lt;img src="/img/smilies/icon_confused.gif" alt=":-/" class="middle" border="0"&gt; today, that was the hardest thing to do.
